Rescued golden eagle takes flight again in Tunisia after rehabilitation

Aquila, a golden eagle in Tunisia, was rehabilitated and released after being rescued from captivity with clipped wings. This success is part of the ResQ program by the Tunisian Wildlife Association, which aims to rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife. With only around 50 breeding pairs of golden eagles left in Tunisia, the efforts are vital. The program relies on private donations and targets awareness about wildlife protection laws and illegal trade prevention.
