Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes
Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes
Summarise your game!
You are the mighty Meowlnir, hammer of legend! Thor has been tricked by his nefarious brother Loki and is trapped in the maze of Jotunheim. Battle the Jotuns, get to Thor, and help him escape!
The only controls are to move! Navigate the Jotun maze by following Hugin & Munin to find Thor. Choose weapons and upgrades as you level up by defeating the Jotuns.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
I've always been inspired by Thor and his magical hammer of Norse legend (and have a replica on my desk). If I am to be a weapon, I'd want to be none other than mighty Mjolnir!
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
I'd like the judges to have fun!

Very fun vampire survivor clone, like the theme, very addictive levelling and abilities , the regen might need a bit of tweaking as I was literately doing the sword art online episode where the enemies were doing less damage than I was healing :D
Awesome game! Made it to level 10. Love the music and effects.
Damn I'm surprised that worked as well as it did on the browser XD. Reached like wave 27 and had to kill myself against the walls because nothing happened. Very fun and polished, congrats!
Cool take on a vampire survivors like game! I think I got a bug where at some point my beam stopped shooting until I got the next upgrade, which was frustrating and made things quite hard. Regardless, a fun game. Good job!
Simple vampire survivors style game. Got to Wave 24 out of 23 and the game crashed, lol. I also beat it once by finding Thor.
Would like to see some more enemies, especially elites. Might want to look into something that limits the number of items on screen, around Wave 15+ when the sword enemies started shooting, the game started to bog down and especially at Wave 22+. Or might want to us the Profiler window to see if any code is being run way more than it should (loops and stuff).
This game is pure insanity. I love the movement and the feel of hitting so many enemies. Only issue was my eardrum almost burst once I got a few upgrades xd
Overall great job
Played it up until wave 23, then the game crashed (memory access out of bounds). Overall you nailed the juiciness of the game (visual and audio). I didn't find the game challenging, once you get the lifesteal with the beam you essentially can't die. The first few level are pretty fast, almost too fast. I felt like I didn't had the time to enjoy my new skill that I the game was paused and I had to chose something.
Congrats and thank you for making something that fun to play.
What a lovely horde game, wish I could see my stats somewhere though
Also really loved that you support as many controlschemes as you do (one without arrowkeys here)
If the theme had been "total escalation" you might have won already ;)
After some time the game gets more demanding than cyberpunk xD
i got a 1080 ti and ryzen 5600 and around level 19 it was unplayable until... then i got a killing frenzy and deleted enough enemys to go back to normal game speed ;)
Somehow i got to wave 27/23 and there were no more enemys...
Searched for a while and quit the game, read in the comments i had to follow the crows to find thor.
a lot of gameplay for only two enemy types, nice upgrades, cool music and SFX.
Good entry!
Some Improvements I would like to see:
You should not have the paw, take up ~50 of the screen, every 0.5s or so, (at least make it smaller or lot more transparent) and not have Enemy Range attacks, your DMG Values and XP been Magenta colored.
Fun little bullet hell experience, I think the weapon implementation was really cool and juicy, though the controls were a bit not intuitive for me. Good job!
Cool concept and overall progression. After a while my computer was failing me a bit with the 1000s of enemies on the screen but managed to get to Thor and finish the game. Congrats on the submission.
We played it with our friends over Discord yesterday and we had super fun :) Got us a while to realize you have to follow crows to find Thor. Also we managed to lag the game, but thankfully we survived due to armour and life steal upgrades :D
Amazing VFX, beam ability was super satisfying and cool.
this game is really addictive and satisfying! the impacts as you hit the enemies feel great, and the bifrost beam sounds AMAZING. i found the different rarities to the upgrades satisfying as well
at first it wasn't clear to me whether was supposed to use the cat foot or try to avoid it, but i figured it out pretty quickly! eventually, the gameplay loop got a bit repetitive, as the life steal percentage effectively made it impossible to die.
Very polished overall, and well-executed. Solid jam submission, good work!
So I got to wave 24 and than the game crashed. On my second play through, I ran straight to the end as I kind-a had the maze memorized. Great game really enjoyed!
Vampire Survivors on crack. Gotta try it at least once haha
Really fun game! A lot of enemy and fast action! Love it! Meow!
It took me way to long to realize I was supposed to be exploring, but I really like the concept of exploration in a vampire survivors style games. I think there's a lot of potential here.
I think the balance probably needs a little tweaking, you probably level too fast early on and you get a little too powerful too quickly.
Overall, really fun game! Nice work.
This game brings a lot of energy, but I never really felt threatened by the enemies. The objective of finding Thor added a nice goal to seek out. Nice job!
Aesthetics, music, and sound design were great! The attacks feel really good, to the point where I didn't even want to find Thor!
The game has no balance, so I felt pretty much immortal with no challenge, like everyone is saying lifesteal is OP lol, but even without it I felt like I would only die if I stood still.
I feel like there's a conflict between wanting to stay to gain more levels and wanting to find Thor. In a longer version of the game, I think it would be good if Thor was the source of upgrades, or if you could only spend your XP after finding Thor between levels.
Miao!
Very fun. I felt like I became OP too fast, maybe it's some kind of bug? I got a lot of cats and the SFX went wild.
