Happy holidays from all of us at UOVO! We wish you and your loved ones a restful season and a happy new year. All UOVO Art and Fashion facilities will be closed Wednesday, December 25th through Monday, January 1st in observance of winter holidays. UOVO Wine will begin its closure on Tuesday, December 24th, but all facilities will resume normal business hours on Thursday, January 2nd. In collaboration with Los Angeles Magazine, our team had the pleasure of attending their empowering L.A. Woman of Impact luncheon and panel event, which commemorated the March L.A. Woman issue. The event honored influential women, including Woman of the Year, Kris Jenner, alongside other powerful female figures across various industries. With live discussions, engaging activities, and more, the afternoon was filled with inspiration. We are excited as UOVO Fashion gears up for the much-anticipated New York Fashion Week. At the heart of it all, our state-of-the-art facilities in Long Island City and Brooklyn are ready to preview the Fall/Winter 2024 collections from top designers, some of whom are valued clients and friends. To kick things off, dive into what Quinn Bradley, Director of Operations, has to share about what #NYFW means to UOVO Fashion and how we appreciate iconic fashion with museum-like care. "New York Fashion Week is one of the highlights of the year for UOVO Fashion. Providing museum quality storage for our clients, and ensuring the longevity of their collection is very rewarding. It's so exciting to watch the shows and get a preview of what will be coming to the archive. To then be able to see these pieces up close, and appreciate all of the details of their construction is every archivist's dream.”
