Nature’s Way is thrilled to welcome Scott Woodruff as our next CEO! Scott joined Nature’s Way in 2001 as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. During his tenure, Nature’s Way and Enzymatic Therapy were merged in Green Bay, forming the Nature’s Way we know today. Scott served as Chief Marketing Officer during this transformative period. In 2012, he advanced to Chief Development Officer. In 2018, Scott left Nature’s Way for a CEO opportunity with another company. By rejoining Nature’s Way as CEO, Scott will leverage his profound industry expertise, extensive leadership experience and strategic vision while leading our company in delivering high-quality supplements and achieving new milestones in the industry. On Friday, September 13th, the winners of our recent ticket raffle, as well as their chosen guest, had the pleasure of attending the 2024 Green & Gold Gala at the Lambeau Field Atrium. Proudly sponsored by Nature's Way, the Gala typically draws around 600 guests. The evening was filled with memorable moments, including mingling with Green Bay Packers Alumni, participating in silent and live auctions, winning raffle prizes, and enjoying a delicious dinner and lively entertainment. Proceeds from the event benefit Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin to provide mental health treatment, prevention, intervention, and advocacy services to assist all with managing challenges and transitions in their lives; this year, the Green & Gold Gala raised over $435,000 to uplift children, families, and individuals in our community. Thank you to all employees who placed their name in the ticket raffle, as well as to the winners who proudly represented Nature's Way at the event.

Today was an exciting day at Nature's Way! All of our 2024 Summer Interns presented their Capstone Presentations to the broader organization and did an amazing job! I thoroughly enjoyed leading all 13 interns through our Intern Program this summer and seeing all their hard work showcased through their presentations. This summer was truly special with such a great group of interns. Rachel, Mia, Jake, Arjun, Katherine, Victoria, Stella, Reagan, Daphne, Isabelle, Alec, Morgan, and Josh, thank you for spending your summer with us and hopefully creating memories and learning new experiences that will further you in your career. You all will be incredibly successful wherever the world takes you.
