Feeling like you belong is more than just a nice feeling - it’s a fundamental human need. A strong sense of belonging is essential for our emotional well-being and mental health. At Takeda UK and Ireland, we represent over 20 nationalities, and a broad range of ages, backgrounds and cultures. The concept of belonging is important to all of us. That’s why we’ve developed our #BeYou campaign; to create an inclusive environment where we can all thrive. To kick off the campaign, our DE&I Council welcomed some VIP 'Honesty Experts' from Takeda’s extended family. They put us through our paces and made us think about what makes each of us…us! We’d love to know... what is it that makes you special? ✨ #TakedaUKandIreland #DiversityandInclusion
