Hi saucesauce, just wanted to let you know the update with performance improvements is live, if you get a chance to play it can you let me know if the framerate has improved for you?
i beat it! It's really cute. I did have some tech problems though, the game would freeze when I picked up carrots or when I got dialogue. I could still hear myself moving around. To fix it, I had to toggle Fullscreen on and off. I couldn't see any of the dialogue.
Hi, when I try to right click on a character to talk to them, the game just freezes. I am on a Mac, using a two finger click to right click. It stops responding to movement input.
The assets are very cute, the music is good, and I like the ideas. However, the controls didn't seem to always work. Also, I got stuck between a snowbank and the rock.
really incredible on all fronts! Great presentation, nice writing, and fun puzzles. I was really surprised by the mechanics introduced after the first few levels.
Thank you for playing! I am sorry you experienced framerate issues. It should be 60 fps but we also experienced some lag during development. I would definitely like to revisit the game and improve the performance.
It's good, everything seemed to work properly. I would suggest adding some checkpoints, because it can be frustrating being moved all the way back to the start when you've already gone pretty far.
hmm I need some help, I can't seem to get past the start screen? I tried clicking start, pressing Q and E... OH . When I click the fullscreen button in the bottom right, it started working. Yay! Posting in case anyone else has this problem.
really fun, I got them all! I wish you could reposition bowls after placing them, and also that a new cat would have something to make it easier to spot (like an outline, or making the interact prompt a different color)
I did get one of the cats stuck in the water (I think from when the snow thawed), but it was kinda funny.
