Throughout her career, Molly has prioritized working with individuals she respects and admires, often following them into new opportunities. Her advice? "Make genuine connections with people. They’ll guide you to your next adventure." ❓ Learn by asking “dumb” questions. Molly champions the power of curiosity, noting that asking basic questions—even in a room full of experts—can unlock incredible learning opportunities. “People love to teach. If you’re willing to ask, you can learn anything.” ✅ Culture is what you do, not what you say. Molly emphasized that a company’s culture is defined by actions, not words on a page. Leaders must embody the values they want to see and revisit what matters as the organization grows. 🏆 Focus on the what, not the how. Great leaders set clear goals and let their teams figure out how to achieve them. Molly emphasized that output matters more than process: “If your team is hitting their goals, trust them to find the best way to get there.” 🎢 Embrace the rollercoaster. Startups and tech companies can feel chaotic, but that’s part of the journey.
