Last week, Santa and his helpers visited students at Queen of Apostles! They stopped by each classroom, met with students, and delivered Christmas gifts donated by our employees. We are so thankful for our employees that volunteer and those that donate to keep this decades long tradition going.

United for the Holidays was a tremendous success! We're filled with gratitude as we reflect on what we've achieved together this holiday season: 🌟600+ holiday food boxes and 1,000+ weekender food bags given to people in our community who need them most. 🌟 200 vouchers provided for families to buy turkeys, hams, or fresh produce. 🌟Nearly $12,000 in volunteer hours contributed by over 175 volunteers. Happy Thanksgiving from The Andersons! We are thankful for our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders who help us work to fulfill our mission and vision.

In 2016, Dick Anderson created a display piece out of black oak from a tree on the Anderson family farm that reads "We Serve." This installation, located at our headquarters in Maumee, OH, is a touchstone for all who pass by and a reminder of our commitment of service to our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders. This year, Dan Anderson created a second monument for our Overland Park, KS office using the original plans and same wood from the piece built by his father, Dick.

Last week, our volunteers joined The Andersons Chairman Pat Bowe and his wife MaryLouise alongside other local organizations at the Islamic Food Bank of Toledo to pack over 400 meal kits. This effort was part of United Way's "United for the Holidays" program. MaryLouise currently serves as board chair for United Way of Greater Toledo. The Andersons is proud to be a continued supporter of United Way!
