  • As we close the chapter on 2024, we’re proud to reflect on a year defined by growth, customer achievements, and incredible partnerships. To our amazing team, customers, and partners: thank you for making this journey possible. Together, we’re building the future. Here’s to many more milestones in 2025 🎉

  • OneTrack around the world 🌎 Guy Alon is giving Santa a run for his money going above and beyond to bring incredible value to customers, no matter the distance. 🚘 7,474 miles driving (over 482 hours in the car!) ✈️ 30,480 miles in the air (more than 101 hours) 🧳Add it all up and that’s 1.54 trips around the world. And that’s for just ONE member of the Field Services Team. Collectively, the team spent 2,114+ hours on-site with customers. Here at OneTrack.AI, we preach quality and accountability through our solution. So it wouldn't be right if we compromised on how we deliver that to customers. Every day, every single member of the OneTrack Team is laser-focused on continuing to grow the value of our solution for our customers. Our Field Services Team is a leading example of this. With an in-house team, we guarantee the quality of every new site installation and continuous field support for our customers with zero downtime.

  • In 2024, we’ve not only expanded the capabilities of our WarehouseOS and entered new verticals, but also new sites all over the map 🗺️ From coast to coast, and even beyond borders, here’s some fun OneTrack Snapple Facts about where we’ve been this year: ✨ Our smallest deployment by fleet size was in the third largest state. ✨ And our largest deployment? The Beehive State takes that award. ✨ The state that is home to America’s first zoo is quickly becoming a hub of OneTrack warehouses ✨ Our most remote installation was down by the southern border, where they’re famous for hosting the largest and oldest George Washington Birthday Celebration in the country. ✨ And we’ve popped up in The Great White North with more international expansion in the works. So in 2025, a OneTrack warehouse might be coming to a location near you 😉

  • The story of OneTrack began in 2017 when Marc Gyöngyösi saw a striking disconnect between a manufacturer’s production lines that were optimized down to the second, but its warehousing was losing time and money due to misplaced pallets and broken processes. But this problem sparked an idea. The bigger issue wasn’t just misplaced inventory—it was the lack of visibility into what was actually happening inside warehouses. This insight led to the founding of OneTrack.AI. Did you know the first iteration of OneTrack involved drones scanning racks to locate misplaced items? 🤔 It was an exciting concept, but walk into any warehouse and you’ll know why it wasn’t scalable! Fast forward to where we are today offering a Warehouse Operating System for hundreds of warehouses across North America to provide complete visibility into their people, processes, and product. In 2024, we've also expanded our footprint with incredible customers across industries like: ➡️ Cold Storage ➡️ Food and Beverage ➡️ Hazardous Materials ➡️ Cross Dock Operations ➡️ Third-Party Logistics (3PLs) ➡️ Manufacturers and Shippers ➡️ Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) From drones to forklifts to a WarehouseOS—our journey has been one of constant innovation, fueled by a vision to think simple, work hard, and build the future 🚀

  • The way many warehouses are run today is suited for a world that no longer exists...stuck in the 1950s when barcodes and paperwork ruled. But spreadsheets and timestamps don't offer the visibility that leaders need to elevate warehouse operations from good to world-class. Sure, you might know when and where something happened, but what, why, and how? That's a mystery that opens you up to massive cost and risk. What if you could break from the status quo? For some, this isn't just a pipe dream. They're making it a reality. This year we launched Warehouse Visionaries, a new podcast by OneTrack.AI, where Evan Stinson sits down with leaders shaping the future of warehousing and logistics. Each episode is packed with practical advice from industry visionaries and innovators from some of the world's most boundary-pushing operations, like: 🔥 nicholas watson | Neovia Logistics 🔥 Jamaal Franklin | ID Logistics US 🔥 Doug Draper | Inland Star Distribution Centers, Inc. 🔥 Joe McIntyre | Slotted 🔥 Melody Moore, CSM | Rinchem 🔥 Aaron Hodes And this is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more episodes in 2025 to gain an inside perspective on how these leaders are accelerating warehouse operations. 🎙️Catch up on the latest episodes today—and join us on the journey to building the future of warehousing.

  • As we wrap up the year, we’re excited to share even more product updates that the OneTrack Team released in 2024. From simplifying safety checks to monitoring environmental conditions in real-time, they tackle some of the biggest challenges warehouses face today. Here are 4 more improvements making operations safer and more productive: 1️⃣ 𝗢𝗻-𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Paper-based pre-shift equipment inspections are time-consuming and difficult to track, risking compliance and operational inefficiencies. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: OneCheck enables configurable, digital pre-flight checklists directly on OneTrack sensors or via mobile devices. These checklists can also be linked to equipment via QR codes. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Streamlines inspections, improves compliance, and provides an easily searchable history of inspections for audits and process improvements. 2️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Maintaining proper environmental conditions for sensitive products is critical, yet manual monitoring is error-prone and lacks real-time responsiveness. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Automatically monitor and get real-time alerts when temperature or humidity deviate from configured thresholds, ensuring proper storage conditions. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Protects product quality, meets customer requirements, and reduces risks associated with non-compliance or environmental mishandling. 3️⃣ 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Identifying the root causes of underperformance in warehouse operations is difficult without clear data and context (not spreadsheets). 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: OneTrack combines WMS data with video analytics to set labor goals and automatically flags deviations — delivers video context when performance falls short of goal. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Helps achieve labor performance goals and provides actionable insights to fix broken processes and improve productivity. 4️⃣ 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Supervisors struggle to stay consistent with corrective action and take the appropriate next step based on your corporate policies. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The new event policy tool automatically recognizes the event type and serves relevant next steps directly to supervisors. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Improves consistency in incident response, ensures immediate access to corrective processes, and supports smoother operations through dynamic guidance. Stay tuned for more innovation in 2025 to help you build the warehouse of the future! 🚀

  • What a whirlwind 2024 has been! 🔩 An incredible amount of OneTrack sensors installed across North America. 🎥 Capturing customer stories on-site through exciting video projects. 🙌 Partnering with amazing customers at major industry events. The OneTrackTeam was on the road at The International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA) with Kandi Burkhart, Senior Director of Customer Distribution at Kellanova to talk through how the company is using OneTrack to turn their warehouses into safer, faster, revenue generating assets. It was also a blast with the International Warehouse Logistics Association spending time with logistics leaders throughout the year talking about what the future of the industry will look like. From webinars with Ryan Donovan of States Logistics Services, Inc., and Doug Draper and Daniel Alvarado of Inland Star Distribution Centers, Inc., to our very own Nick Palczynski speaking at Trifecta. The future of warehousing is here, and we are shaping it together with some incredible partners! And we’re just getting started.

  • Since the start of 2024, our WarehouseOS has continued to evolve — from a brand new dashboard to exciting new features — we’re laser focused on delivering more value through visibility to our customers. Here are some of our favorites: 1️⃣ 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗣𝗡 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Without a connected WMS, validating shipment quality can be challenging, especially for customers relying on manual processes. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: OneTrack’s Automatic LPN Scanning now allows the system to automatically scan and store barcodes or LPNs directly from video footage. This works even for customers without a WMS connection, bringing advanced shipment tracking to more users. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Streamlines load validation, enhances shipment quality assurance, and empowers warehouses to resolve OS&D issues faster, regardless of their WMS capabilities. 2️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Blind spots in traditional safety monitoring systems leave you in the dark if pallets are not putaway or staged correctly, improperly shrinkwrapped, or simply in the wrong location. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The new forward-facing sensor view provides an expanded field of vision, covering up to three bays high and two bays wide. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Unlocks new use cases, enhances visibility for better safety and process monitoring, and ensures comprehensive oversight in warehouse operations. 3️⃣ 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿-𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Our customers rely on 24/7 visibility, but if sensors are tampered with, critical events can go unreported. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: OneTrack’s tamper-resistant hardware deters unauthorized sensor tampering by associates. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Ensures consistent data collection, increases accountability, and safeguards operational reliability. 4️⃣ 𝗟𝗦𝗪 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Supervisors have a lot on their plate and can get stuck in “analysis paralysis” due to overwhelming data. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The LSW Task Management feature organizes supervisor workflows by role, tracks tasks, and integrates seamlessly with OneTrack’s dashboard. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁: Enables better leadership focus, aligns tasks with strategic goals, and enhances team productivity through data-driven prioritization. Together, we’re making warehouse operations safer, more productive, and higher quality. Make your warehouse a OneTrack warehouse! 💪

  • One major highlight from 2024? Our partnership with ID Logistics US! Their dedication to safety, productivity, quality, and innovation continues to inspire us. Together, with their exceptional leadership and our Warehouse Operating System, the results speak for themselves: ✨ 50%+ reduction in impacts (in just 3 months!) ✨ 83.5% decrease in overall safety incidents ✨ 99.5% reduction in phone violations And they’ve accomplished all of this while driving significant improvements in productivity and quality. But don’t take our word for it—hear directly from the ID Logistics Allentown team about how OneTrack.AI has made a difference. This year, we were also honored to be a finalist in ID Logistic’s SIX Innovation Challenge in the US for our forward-thinking approach to accelerating warehouse operations. Excited to see where this partnership leads next! 🚀
