It was such a pleasure to collaborate with Samuel Whitaker and the incredible team at Mural Health. Their dedication to enhancing the clinical trial experience has enabled us to seamlessly integrate J.P. Morgan's payment solutions into their platform. Together, we've created a flexible and automated payment experience for clinical trial participants worldwide. This collaboration helps participants receive their financial support quickly, in their preferred method and currency, significantly enhancing their financial experience. I am excited to see the positive impact this will have on the global clinical trial landscape! #JPMorgan #JPMorganPayments #ClinicalTrials #Payments #FutureofPayments #GlobalSupport #HealthcareInnovation #SCOPEsummit #GlobalPayments #TreasuryManagement #CrossCurrencyPayments #HealthcareInnovation #GlobalPayments #PatientCentric

“Related survey data from Mural Health further revealed the undervaluation of participant payments for oncology patients. A series of approximately 50 oncology patient interviews found that none of the interviewed patients had received any expense reimbursement and less than 10% received any form of a stipend. Mural Health attributed these results to a lack of regulation that enables basic economic principles of supply and demand: As the medical condition of an individual becomes more severe, their demand for experimental therapy becomes inelastic, which, consequently, allows study sponsors to reduce or eliminate the need to provide financial support to prospective participants.” Read more from DIA Global Forum here: https://hubs.ly/Q034W2rT0 #clinicaltrials #muralhealth #clinicaltrialparticipants

“Despite all the whizbang technology, improved trial design, and new regulations, there's one obstacle that still plagues trial participants, especially those in underserved communities. Taxes.” Many thanks to Dan Schell from Clinical Leader for shedding light on the tax burden that clinical trial participants often face, and for mentioning Mural Health's leadership in making clinical trials more accessible through the Harley Jacobsen Act.
