Honored and excited to present at this year's Georgia Charter Schools Association Conference! When I started my teaching journey in August 2010, I was a first-year teacher with no formal education training. Now, as a former K-8 and 9-12 principal and a leader of a growing network of charter schools, that experience continues to shape my perspective on teacher training and support.
