A key element in eFuel production is CO2 that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere. We’re excited to share we have advanced a deal in which Summit Carbon Solutions will supply up to 670k metric tons of CO2 per day for the development of a large-scale eFuels project in the Midwest. Partnerships like this—combining sustainability, scale, and reliability—are crucial to driving eFuels production forward in the U.S.

Infinium produces eFuels to help the heavy transit and chemicals sectors achieve net zero by reducing CO2 emissions.
About us
Infinium is an electrofuels provider on a mission to decarbonize the world. eFuels are a new class of synthetic fuels made using renewable power and waste carbon dioxide, not petroleum or resources needed to produce food. Infinium electrofuels can be dropped into existing trucks, planes and ships, significantly reducing harmful carbon dioxide emissions compared to fossil-based fuels. In addition to helping the transport industry meet carbon reduction goals, Infinium electrofuels are a lower carbon alternative for chemical processing, including plastics production. On the ninth day of the Twelve Days of Dynamo, we recognize Infinium’s remarkable achievement in securing a $1.1 billion investment from Brookfield Asset Management to scale their ultra-low carbon #eFuels and meet growing demand. As the first company to bring eFuels to market at a commercial scale, Brookefield’s support will only further accelerate the production of eSAF — a next-generation sustainable aviation fuel —as well as eDiesel for trucks and eNaphtha for plastics production. We congratulate Infinium on this world-class investment and look forward to seeing the potential of eFuels become the global standard, as well as what our members will accomplish next. #SustainableFuels #Innovation

This iconic image represents the future of clean #energy. We hosted Bill Gates and the Breakthrough Energy team at Infinium’s Project Pathfinder #eFuels plant in Corpus Christi, Texas to discuss the many ways we can accelerate agile energy solutions. Infinium began producing eFuels from the Pathfinder site in 2023 and we have exciting updates coming related to the next phase of our growth. The demand for sustainable fuel alternatives has never been higher—and is here to stay. #eFuels #sustainability #cleantech #innovation
I’ve said it before: Texas is at the forefront of the clean energy transition. Not only are these groundbreaking companies driving innovation—they’re bringing good jobs to their communities and boosting the American economy: https://lnkd.in/gJKtzg7V
