We’re excited to announce that Barstool Sports has just signed on to offer a truly winning benefit: free SNOO rentals! As part of Happiest Baby’s Employee Benefit program, Barstool’s new-parent employees get the extra sleep, safety, and support that SNOO provides. If there’s anything that can unite all fanbases, besides a blinding hatred of how the Chiefs are officiated, it’s the love of good night’s sleep! Special shoutout to Rachel Ackerman, CCP, Kim Rayner and Kayce Smith for making this happen!

Becoming a parent is a joy—but also one of life’s most exhausting transitions. As a parent of a toddler and a newborn, I’ve learned how critical sleep is for physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. One tool that’s changed our lives is the SNOO, a smart bassinet designed to help babies sleep safely. With its gentle rocking and safety features, it’s helped us reclaim hours of sleep, giving us the rest we need to show up as more patient parents and better handle the demands of work and life. 🌟 Why workplaces should care about sleep for new parents: 1️⃣ Sleep impacts performance: Sleep-deprived parents are more likely to experience burnout. 2️⃣ It improves retention: Supporting new parents shows they’re valued beyond their work contributions. 3️⃣ It boosts engagement: When employees feel supported at home, they’re more likely to stay motivated and engaged at work. Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO) offers programs for employers, from discounted rentals to company-sponsored tools, to support new parents at a critical time. 🌟 Additional ways organizations can support new parents: 1️⃣ Offer access to sleep and parenting resources, like coaching programs or expert-led workshops. 2️⃣ Provide flexible schedules or remote work options to accommodate sleep disruptions. 3️⃣ Foster a supportive culture where new parents feel comfortable sharing their needs and challenges without fear of judgment. Investing in sleep is about creating workplaces where employees feel valued during life’s biggest transitions. How does your organization support new parents? #WorkplaceWellness #ParentSupport #SleepMatters #EmployeeEngagement

Thanks for sharing Patrick! We wholeheartedly agree with your conclusion 😴 😴
Technology makes a hell of a difference and not just at work either. When my wife was pregnant I was dreading the sleepless nights that you hear stories of from friends and family. I was lamenting these fears with Richie Clark when he told me that if I bought the smart bassinet that he and his wife had, I would "feel like other parents were being dramatic." Talk about a sales pitch! I was sold right then on doing more research and decided to dig into the product that was called the Snoo and built by Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO). A built-in noise machine, responsive rocking functions, and even baby analytics?! I'm two months into my parenthood journey now and I can affirmatively say that Richie was 100% right. I can't believe the impact it's made for our family and it gives us an extra 2-3 hours of sleep a night. In the trenches with a newborn, that's worth every penny. If you're a prospective parent, I felt like I had to share this because I am grateful it was shared with me. It also helps that Aurora seems to love it more than we do!
