Tuvieron servicio de soporte del fabricante donde les explicaron que no se podría reemplazar o arreglar esta tarjeta, lo cual conllevaría a que o se cambie el TV (costo de un TV nuevo con las especificaciones mínimas llevado a USD $213) o se use la tarjeta de red alambica (ethernet). Averiguaron con un especialista para poder hacer la instalación del cableado,con ducteria, cableado y obra civil para llevar la conexionarme hasta el lugar donde esta el gatway del CSP tendría un costo de USD $380. El provedor de servicios (CSP) tiene acceso a los servicios de #HomePass Plume Design, Inc para proveer un ambiente de WiFi adaptativo con OpenSync donde el gateway de acceso DOCSIS trabaja en coordinación con el access point de Evolution Digital para formar una red con un backhaul inalámbrico hacia el gateway del CSP y le da la facilidad de usar la conexión cableada (ethernet) y no incurrir en los gastos como comprar un smart TV nuevo.
