This past week I hit 500 rides at CycleBar ! Being about to set and achieve goals in and out of the workplace has given me a new level of drive and discipline. Taking 45 minutes a day for myself allows me to show up better for not only myself but for my family and coworkers. Grateful that I have the opportunity to challenge myself and make myself better every day, both in and out of office.
