Today, we're announcing that we've closed our Series B, bringing our total funding to $65,000,000 from Y Combinator, Scale Venture Partners, and Emergence Capital. We went from Pre-seed to Series B in under ten months; and this funding will continue to help us improve our AI's capabilities, grow our team, fix phone calls forever, and, of course—buy a telephone car. Starting this year, you'll start to see hold times, bad attitudes, and endless transfers become a thing of the past. Bland’s AI phone agents are designed to sound just like a human. They can speak any language or voice, be customized for any use case, and handle millions of calls simultaneously—24/7. Bland does all of this without hallucination—and that’s just the beginning. This was a first. I spoke to an AI product on the phone about itself and asked what use cases it was a good for and NOT for. I got a great answer on the last part that that really defined how to use this product. Do we think this will be the future of how people get product information and companies get sales leads? Kudos to the team at Bland AI for having a call me button. #ai #vc #robots

An amazing partner who will *delve* into your security deeply 🙂
We helped Bland AI lose $500k in revenue in one week… — *close - but now that we have your attention, here's how we did it. Bland AI had multiple high-value enterprise contracts waiting, but there was one blocker: they needed SOC 2 compliance, and they needed it fast. Their existing compliance solution wasn't working: it was too cumbersome, not customized to their needs, and required too much manual effort from their team. Delve’s platform made it simple. We integrated directly with their infrastructure, provided live compliance monitoring, and managed the audit for them end-to-end. As COO Sobhan Nejad put it, it felt "like TurboTax for compliance." Here was the result: ✅ $500k in enterprise contracts unlocked ✅ Audit-ready in 7 days ✅ 68 Bland hours saved "Delve is removing so many roadblocks and headaches that exist with the other compliance platforms." - Isaiah Granet, CEO Today, Bland AI serves major enterprises like Sears, PayPal, and Better. Their compliance foundation has positioned them for continued enterprise growth. Read the full case study here → https://lnkd.in/gHJz8n3g — Compliance doesn't have to be a bottleneck. With the right platform, it can be a catalyst for enterprise revenue. Get compliant and unlock revenue with Delve → https://lnkd.in/drhe-PbN

Incredibly kind words 💜
Today I built an end-to-end voice AI conversational pathway in 5 minutes for a patient intake drop-off outreach use case I triggered it to dial an exec participating in one of our bootcamps The entire team were shocked Bland AI's generative pathway builder is the fastest time to value product I've seen on the market I met Sobhan a year ago & this team's innovation accounting cycle over that year is just outstanding I've integrated it into Awell care flows and seen how easy it understands context & triggers care flow actions That's the post - just wanted to plug and shoutout the pace of innovation coming from this very cool product

What is happening? Will AI startups really kill millions of jobs by 2025? AI is out of its "experiment" phase. The companies that realize this will survive - and the ones who don't won't compete. Employees will be too expensive. Need proof? Watch the video. It’s from Bland AI. I just tested their platform to build an AI phone agent and any company can go and do this right now: 1. Teach it about your company and the conversations it will have. It won’t hallucinate. 2. Drag and drop any tool (process payments, automatically export to a CRM, etc.) 3. Deploy it to handle inbound/outbound calls 24/7 and watch it self improve, and report on data. I'll just let you try it yourself on their site: https://www.bland.ai/ Or if you want a minor existential crisis, here’s the advanced model: https://lnkd.in/gjT9MhHV Has your company started implementing this already? How do we address this societally? Let me know your thoughts!
