Last week, our team successfully completed the final deck pour at The Marshall Tempe! From footings and walls to slab-on-grade and three podiums, the team has placed an incredible 9,500 cubic yards of concrete on this project. This milestone marks a major step forward, and now the focus shifts to framing and MEP Rough-in. We appreciate the dedication and expertise of our team and partners who have contributed to this achievement. Their commitment to quality and precision continues to drive this project forward. We’re excited to announce that the Shade Canopy project within the Novus Innovation Corridor is nearing completion! This innovative project showcases a blend of precision engineering, architectural design, and custom craftsmanship to create a functional yet visually striking structure. Spanning 120 feet in length and rising 33 feet high, the canopy features over 500 meticulously hand-placed Kovach panels, each prefinished out of state and carefully installed to ensure both durability and aesthetic appeal. The underside of the panels boasts a sleek, 4mm mirror finish, which enhances the visual impact of the structure by reflecting ambient light and creating a dynamic atmosphere. Blanco Cocina + Cantina is now open within the Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment, and we have some great photos to share. The single-story restaurant boasts 7,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed interior space, complemented by a 4,400-square-foot covered patio, creating a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. Guests are welcomed by custom pavers at the entrance, setting the stage for the attention to detail throughout the space. Inside, the main dining room provides a variety of seating options, comfortably accommodating up to 252 guests. At the heart of the restaurant, a sleek stainless steel cook line anchors the kitchen, while a spacious bar featuring custom lighting, seating, and a unique bar rack seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio. Large storefront windows and a sliding glass door further enhance the indoor-outdoor flow, inviting guests to enjoy Arizona’s gorgeous weather. A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the renovation of the Paradise Valley Mall Parking Garage in Phoenix, Arizona. The project revitalizes the site surrounding the original parking structure, transforming it into a modern, functional, and visually appealing environment. The redesign includes enhanced landscaping to improve usability and aesthetics, alongside upgraded pedestrian and bike paths that provide safe, eco-friendly travel options. Accessibility and user flow are further improved with the addition of new vertical circulation elements. To complete the transformation, the façade has been modernized with a combination of durable stucco and sleek metal panels, creating a contemporary and striking visual presence. Together, these upgrades blend form and function, fostering a sustainable and inviting space while maintaining the integrity of the original structure.
