“Meeting your soul mate is like walking into a house you've been in before - you will recognize the furniture, the pictures on the wall, the books on the shelves, the contents of drawers: You could find your way around in the dark if you had to.”

“My sister will die over and over again for the rest of my life. Grief is forever. It doesn't go away; it becomes a part of you, step for step, breath for breath. I will never stop grieving Bailey because I will never stop loving her. That's just how it is. Grief and love are conjoined, you don't get one without the other. All I can do is love her, and love the world, emulate her by living with daring and spirit and joy.”

Can't wait to read whatever you will write because like I said before you're like the god of writing. So amazing!!! Again thank you :)

YOU ARE COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:D :D :D :D XD XD XD XD XD XD XD :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D XD XD XD XD XD XD XD I am like completely crying in tears. I love your book I'll Give You The Sun and need to read The Sky Is Everywhere. I love you so much! My friend and I read I'll Give You The Sun and we fangirl about it all the time. You are one my favorite authors!!!!!!
1nce again...
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best wishes from South America, where you also have fans :)

Because lately I've been feeling very lonely and sad and reading "I'll give you the sun" and falling in love with those characters save me from a really bad place.
I can't even begin to tell you how much I connect with Noah. I've never in my life felt a connection so real like the one I had with him while reading the book. I'm a ver artistic person and being that way I always felt exposed and without anything that could shield me from everything that happens in life. So seeing (mostly feeling) Noah storyline help me so much.
Anyway, I could go on and on but I really wanted to say thanks, because I know how hard it is to write something meaningful, something that would touch other people. I know the sacrifice, so thank you because you save something inside me that I was losing.
Also, forget my spelling, english it's not my first language!

It seems unreal that I will never ever be able to read that story again without knowing who Lennie is going to pick and if Joe is ever going to forgive her. I laughed and cried along with Lennie, Big and Gram. I threw my book across the room in frustration when Lennie could not just pick the fabulous Joe over Toby. I felt her pain with her sisters death and her frustration with everyone always wanting her to talk to them about it. Everyone around me could testify that I was head over heels in love with this book and literally sat in class trying to control my emotions and not start crying in the middle of class. A couple of times I actually gasped in the dead silent classroom.
Thank you for writing this book. I don't know how others can function in life without hearing this fabulous story. My eyes have been opened. This story gave me hope for my own romantic life. I feel as this story was just what I needed, to help me know that maybe I can end up with the guy who is the Joe Fontaine of my life. Maybe I can have a tale as romantic and not sappy as this one. Maybe I can write on things and drop them to the wind or have an outdoor bedroom. Maybe, just maybe. My eyes have truly been opened to a whole new world other than my laptop and phone and who is wearing what. Thank you for that.

Anyways, thanks a lot, you're truly amazing and an inspiration. Love ya !

I am so in love with your book, your words, the image that runs through every page. I couldn't put it down. Everything was beautiful.
I completed it in a day, and realized that I just experienced something amazing. You did an exceptional job on this and I can't wait to read more. I'm looking forward to your up coming book.
You inspire me. ♥

Looking forward to reading your other books :)

The Sky is Everywhere is such a beautiful novel, you did a great, great job! Loved all the literary references! My boyfriend studies English literature (this year, he studied Shakespeare's Sonnets -- (eye)dentity in Shakespeare's Sonnets, something like that, can't remember the full title hahaha) and he really, really likes those words written on pieces of paper, trees and music paper.
"Sad. Endless. Rain" = very cummings-esque ! I loved it! It made me think of this poem with the leaf falling slowly : "1(a... (a leaf falls on loneliness)"
Keep going, Jandy, you're a very talented author!

Hi Jandy! I wanted to tell you how much I LOVED The Sky is Everywhere. I had been staring at it for a while, at different trips to the bookstore, and then finally decided to get it. SO GREAT. I am officially in love with Joe Fontaine. Your book is so well written, and I just wanted to tell you what a big fan I am. :)

Oh, and what is The History of Luck?

Your English is perfect! Thank you so much for this note. I'm so sorry about your best friend, so sorry. It means everything to me that you found some of yourself in Lennie. Thank you so much for letting me know. And thanks about Joe too! I'm pretty sure he's in France--so keep a lookout. :-)
Warmest Wishes,
Jandy

Before I start, I just want you to know that I'm French, so excuse me if I make some English faults. So, I've finished " The sky is everywhere " just this afternoon, and I really want you to know that I was thrilled by this read. My best friend died 6 years ago, and I recognized myself in some of Lennie's thoughts and struggle. So, thank you, thank you very much for writing this book, and above all for creating Joe Fontaine. He's one of the best guy characters I've ever read, and I really hope that someday, I'll find my Fontaine too.
All the best for the future, looking forward to read something new from you.

I'm so happy you did! And thanks so much for letting me know. I'm writing a new book as we speak--hopefully it won't be too long. Take care!
Warmest Wishes,
Jandy
