I’ve purchased multiple proxies from you, but none of them have worked, and despite multiple attempts, nothing has been fixed. Your policies are extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone—even in the worst-case scenario.

The support team has been unhelpful, and the refusal to issue refunds—even within just 1–2 days of purchase—makes this an unnecessarily frustrating experience. None of the services work on our end, all proxies are blocked, and even the replaced IPs fail to solve the issue.

I have tested many proxies for my use case. My use is website registration, scrolling and all for which I need High speed, non Duplicate IPs and also Cheap.

The pricing. The pricing for 1 Gb Residential is 6$ roughly but that of 10,000GB is 1.75$ per GB. My business is small so I can't buy 10,000

I enjoy the service but did find it a little difficult to get started. Once I was able to figure out their UI, which could be more intuitive, I was able to get everything setup properly. The billing could probably be separated into it's own section to make it much easier to manager. Limited Free Trial Options: Unlike some competitors, IPRoyal doesn't provide a free trial, which can make it difficult for potential users to evaluate the service before committing financially.

IPRoyal rotating residential proxies just work. I need a high volume of random residential IPs to scrape a small number of domains, and IPRoyal residential proxies have been the best option I have found. Setup is as simple as setting my request library's proxy URL to the one they assign, and the proxies automatically rotate on each request. I was looking for a long-term partners in browser automation to handle proxies. I found one with a fast customer support, and clear expectations of what will and will not work.

Since then, I've been using IPRoyal in each customer’s projects.
