The music mixes in the classic version of IMVU are not playing

The music in the classic version of IMVU is not playing. While the mixes are loading, no sound is coming through. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the program, and my sound devices are all up to date and functioning properly. This issue of the music not playing affects all classic users. It seems that ever since mobile phones became capable of receiving radio signals, classic users have been experiencing this problem with the mixes.

we can'tt get into music shop to get our purchased music we can't use our music 2 make mixes when Will they fix it message when u try to go to music shop

IMVU staff is aware of the problem: "As for the music mixes, our engineers are aware and are working with the 3rd parties to investigate the matter."

same last night and today not playing and cant buy music for months cant seen to  buy music too

Same trouble, all is in full operation, except the sound. I did all, cleaned cache, reinstalling, etc. And its the same. Imvu, do something!

I can cue up a mix but it won't play. IMVU, please look into this ASAP, so that we may all get back to enjoying our store bought music. Thank you.

Thank you for your input. I have completed all possible troubleshooting on my end. I have been using IMVU Classic for 11 years, and I am well-versed in buying and setting up mixes; this is not the issue. The problem appears to be technical and should be investigated by a specialist. I would like to emphasize that I am not the only person on IMVU experiencing this issue.

 I am having the same issue as my husband above. No sound with mixes. Together we have 26 years experience at Imvu. and over 1000 tracks of music. You telling  him how to make a mix is not helpful. How about fixing the issue of no sound? Now that would be helpful.
