NOTICE!

The attack / boss randomizer made for this game works, but currently it's not working at it's full potential due to some unforeseen bugs. I'm trying to iron these out prior to the deadline but if I can't, unfortunately it will need to be patched after the jam concludes. This game was somewhat built around this randomizer so it sucks but hey, sometimes that happens in jam!

Story

Abi’s run from the law takes an unexpected turn when she stumbles into a dusty, otherworldly saloon, after realizing she can't get out the way she came in Abi finds herself stranded  in a rustic purgatory of endless night. The doors won’t open, the walls seem to shift around and move, there’s only one thing left she can do, the thing she knows best: survive.

Abi isn't completely alone in this accursed saloon however, as Abi soon finds herself a new companion, Lyra, a seemingly carefree barkeep who’s been trapped here longer than anyone cares to remember. Under Lyra's guidance, Abi is tasked with collecting six powerful Boss Shards—fragments of defeated souls that hold the key to escaping this cursed abyss.

Hy ! this is a very solid entry ! I encountered 2 mobs, is that what you said about the boss randomizer? 
Anyway, got max upgrades, and won a lot of money with the currency bullets (by the way, in the saloon you can earn currency with these bullets !). I'm curious to see more synergies if you're planning on working on it after the jam, with bullets that have more interaction (for example, at the first i thought the skip bullet was "gain 1 additional dmg for each previous skipped bullet. Resets as soon as any bullet is fired", so I stacked two currency bullets before...until I realized that didn't work ^^"

Thank you! Yes, the 2 mob issue is because of the boss randomizer messing up unfortunately. Wanted to get it fixed prior to the jam but I couldn't figure it out before the deadline. Nevertheless, I'm glad you liked it! It was very fun to make and I'm excited that people seem to like the foundation :)

One thing I do want to do in the post-jam version is make the bullets interact with each other more since I feel the 'fun' of this game would be better if the bullets could be formed into interesting conversations, instead of being independently powerful.
