Highway Assault Force is a single-player twin-stick game that takes inspiration from older titles on SNES, DOS, SEGA, and late 90s Windows.
Patch 0.22 out!
I've worked a lot recently on implementing (and fixing!) some new things in the game.
Here's the new patch notes:
- Fixed the destroyable gates not being triggered.
- Opened up previous areas blocked out by boulders.
- Increased health of enemies and buildings.
- Created a Mobile Repair Station that can repair the player.
- Way more effects.
- New explosions and camera shakes.
- Enemy healthbars
- New end level boss.
- Changed player speed and gravity.
- Replaced some effects with new ones.
- New weapons for the player.

Install Instructions
Windows:
- Extract .zip file
- Open HighwayAssaultForce folder
- Run HighwayAssaultForce application
Controls
- W,A,S,D to move
- Mouse to aim
- Left Click to Fire.

Hey, I had a lot of fun with this. The difficulty of the boss was a little high for my liking, but I really liked the run up to the boss once I got the hang of it.
Thank you for your comment! I will tweak the collisions in that boss arena so the player can better make use of cover.
