Play as Fish, a (cough) totally legitimate interdimensional plague doctor stuck in an endless shift. Help your patients by popping their pus bubbles while frantically treating them the only way you know how. Use plasters, syringes, and your trusty scalpel Richard to aid in your glorious mission. If push comes to shove, your hand is always on the table.
