Thus it is that in war the victorious strategist only seeks battle after the victory has been won, whereas he who is destined to defeat first fights and afterwards looks for victory.

Stratagem Samurai is an orders-based tactics game. As a samurai general, you must choose your units and your order cards to defeat your enemy in combat. Order cards are actions that your units will perform when played. You do not have individual control over your units, instead they will move according to your orders (if possible).
