honestly i just used a lot of anaphrodisiacs, i'd go through until wave 13 or something collect a bunch of anaphrodisiacs and go to the next wave, kill all the enemies until you're left with the dogs and before you get raped you drink an anaphrodisiac. their animation is around 20 seconds maybe less, i didn't count. and when you're like 5% arousal your meter doesn't go up. so that's what i did
