Oh, thanks for pointing that out. Did you watch the threesome scene during a fresh save or a save that doesn't have high acceptance with them? Just want a confirmation, it is most likely a bug.

You got a point, there is a lack of gloryhole in the game. Maybe, I'll add more gloryholes (in general) in the future. But that's not a promise.

If you mean the bathroom, you can randomly catch the dad or bro there. There are scenes exclusive to the bathroom.

If you mean taking a shower then it is one of the requirement actions in the professor's storyline.

You can't escape the prison in this patch. There is a warning to save before proceeding with the prison.

You need to finish the Sexcavation Expedition and choose to not end the game after finishing the campaign. Afterwards, you can buy donuts at Eastern Medicine shop which you can give to the police during his break at around 12:00 to unlock the scene.

I don't really keep track of the videos but the video you mentioned is from Teninchtop, not sure specifically which one though.
