The gist is: Conjure is to create a feature that can appear on a map (rock, tree, river, hamlet, etc.), Reconfigure is to reassemble several features. Come to think of it, maybe the skill level should be 1 for Conjure and 2 for Reconfigure.

Stamina cost to be agreed upon depending on the size of features.
