I need to pay once to access the full game? or i need to pay monthly for the access?  i was waiting for the full game release to buy it complete

Is there a difference in deciding not to stream? I just live with it and that's it, I only streamed the times when it is mandatory and after that never, is there any variation in the story or am I forced to stream if I want to advance?  I am in the day 44 btw

Any approximate date for its full release on a platform like Steam? Outside of porn and all that, the gameplay, ambient lore and the fact that it is handmade seems very interesting to me
