Oh, this was so lovely!!! It had an incredibly storybook-esque feel to the whole thing, starting even from the beginning with the different images popping up, just like the prologue to a story. And the music fit so well and did a wonderful job of setting the tone.
What stood out the most to me were the characters! I had no idea what to make of our new spirit friend at the beginning—but the more the MC interacted with him, the more I enjoyed him. They had such a wonderful dynamic between them that brought a grin to my face more than once. And I quite enjoyed the glimpse we got of Aurelia. She was quite sneaky in her flirting heheh 🤭
The dice mechanic was a ton of fun!! I've never seen anything like it in a VN before? It really helped hammer in that fantasy DnD feel of the whole thing. Plus I was able to feel quite proud of myself battling a spider and coming out on top HAHA.
Overall incredibly charming. I'm quite interested to know more about the world and the spirits now. And I hope we get to have more interactions with our spirit friend, as well! A really lovely job with this! I enjoyed it a lot! 💕
