They are saying the up arrow and down arrow have switched places, and they want you to fix it.
Yeah, if you look at the order of the arrows in the original game and in the FNF Tests they're different, the original game has the arrows in this order:
Left, Down, Up, Right.
But the FNF Tests are in this order:
Left, Up, Down, Right.
So basically, they want the arrow order the same as in the original game.
