Right click in exe, properties, compatibilitity, then change compatibility mode to other operative system like XP SP3 or W7.

Hello! Sorry for late reply. I replied you in the other comment. I suspect it might be RAM, although I can't assure you 100%. Try to run the games with lowest graphic setting possible and tell me if it works!
