I accidently upload the wrong old file before the game, Until now i  realize my mistake , and reuploaded my game, i didn't make any changes, i just repload it

doesn't matter, you seem to have done that during the late submissions period so it's fine and it would have been okay even if you made some small changes like bug fixes (it's mentioned in the jam rules bug fixes are allowed during late submissions period)
