I imagine a shapeshifting demon that takes the form of a younger teen punk. Appearing just old enough to be "cool" in the eyes of their targets while also appearing young enough to be ignored by most older teenagers and adults. It lures its targets in (usually in groups) teaching them bad habits and age-inappropriate behaviors, feeding on the naivety and innocence that its targets lose in the process.

I'd say he's more like the cool uncle type in demeanor and style heh Though that second part isn't far off, its less about habits and more about that first DEEP step into sin, changing the poor cub in the process heh

He's a talent scout for Hollywood, and has a very good gift of gab. He promises youngsters wealth and fame, and money to gain. "Just sign here and you can have anything beyond your wildest dreams", he tells the youngsters. A young lad pulls out a pen and prepares to sign. "No no no, put that pen away", he tells the young lad. "Kindly prick the tip of your finger. This kind of contract gets signed in blood".
