Update manual integration test for PMD 7

Updates the patch files against PMD 7 and fix expected numbers.

• Note: no configerrors are reported anymore for LoosePackageCoupling. That's a bug in the GlobalAnalysisListener. Once that is fixed, we'll get these message again.
  • Fixed via [core] GlobalAnalysisListener.tee: Forward onConfigError pmd#4548
• Note: Errors are changed because the manual integration tests uses multiple threads for PMD execution, but the baseline is created without specifying the thread number. It should default to 1 and still use MultiThreadProcessor, but apparently it uses MonoThreadProcessor.
  • Fixed via [core] Restore behavior with thread=1 setting pmd#4550
• Note: LawOfDemeter is still not deterministic, that's why test-case-3 will report changed violations, when it shouldn't.
  • Fixed via [java] Make LawOfDemeter results deterministic pmd#4549
