This looks great! I have a couple of small suggestions.
Re: "Livechat" -- I couldn't figure out, besides when enabling in settings, when the user would see that the "Livechat" button is called that, but I had an instance when looking to define OEE in Work Centers where the gui tooltip in the actual form defined it incorrectly, and after some of the product experts looked into it, it was an error in the gui update, and we didn't need to reflect it in docs. Possibly applies here?
