Description

The year in the footer of the web app reads as "@ GSoC 2018". It needs to be updated to "@ GSoC 2020".

Steps to Reproduce

The correction needs to be made in 'footer.pug' file.

Make sendToBus the only way to send global messages (#80)

`sendToBus` is already a global event dispatcher. Instead, machines should
only send themselves messages with their `.send` method, and use
`sendToBus` to send global messages for api consistency.
