Some tweaks that got lost in the move from the Google Docs draft:

* Wording regarding conflict of interest
* Removal of redundant / confusing wording regarding saving money – its handled by the generic allocation. Allocate less than 100% = savings.

Some tweaks that was encountered after first publishing:

* Improved templates for applying the guidelines to a project
* Fixed logo that accidentally tried to use a font rather than be converted to SVG outlines
