Should we consider to remove this item, cause it violates the code of conduct on "Able to be downloaded directly from the targeted site, i.e., not banned by login or purchasing"

I'd be fine with that, though at the top of the page at https://github.com/awesomedata/awesome-public-datasets it does say,

Most of the data sets listed below are free, however, some are not.

Where is the code of conduct you reference?

@ppival I'd like to invite to you join the collaborator team. Whats your idea? I am spending some spare time to develop automatic augmented data mining tech. I want to make the community stronger. The AwesomeData community is the cornerstone for this target.

Please let me know if you want to join me to maintain this community.
