image image The clusterAclConfigVersion command fails to execute and a timeout exception is reported

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set broker's aclEnable=false
  2. Execute clusterAclConfigVersion command

What Did You Expect to See?

Normal operation, no timeout error.

What Did You See Instead?

Timeout exception
