IllegalStateException caused by logical errors

Steps to Reproduce

When executing the method org.apache.rocketmq.remoting.rpc.RpcClientImpl#handlePullMessage, the operationSucceed() inside does not return the correct result.

What Did You Expect to See?

Correct return without error.

What Did You See Instead?

Run error.
