New Imap folder do not get selected

When adding new Imap folders, say in the iOS mail app. Those will not be selected to be synced/downloaded, despite all others beeing active.

This however is only "one" of many annoyances with the mail system.

On the forums pulkomandy suggested having a "proper" filesystem for remote imap. The local emails could then serve as a backend cache for this instead, this might be a good idea to remove the ambiquity of what is and isn't on the server. If you can move it into the filesystem it is there, and if you cannot it is not there.
