a500+ with kickstart 3.2.2, 50mhz 68000, 2mb chip ram, 9.5mb fast ram, 32gb cf ide (PFS3)

a500+ with kickstart 3.2.2, 54mhz 68030 (MMU, FPU), 2mb chip ram, 128mb fast ram, 256gb cf ide (PFS3)

a1200 with kickstart 3.2.2, 100mhz 68060 (mmu, fpu), 2mb chip ram, 128mb fast ram, 500gb ssd (pfs3)

I am wondering if the kickstart 1.3 requirement is a must, instead of >1.3.

either way, 90% of amiga's being used these days have a newer kickstart than 1.3, so if ks1.3 is a requirement, you are ignoring the vast majority of your potential audience.

any chance of a whdload style loader to make the game run on all configurations?

Are you guys planning on finishing this or will it just be a one level demo? I'm just curious. Nice game- I enjoyed playing it and look forward to more.

Technically, the game is really excellent, both the graphics and the sound. Unfortunately, the shooter lacks a bit of variety. There are always the same background graphics and very similar types of enemies. There could have been a lot more. Our German-language review can be found in our recorded livestream starting at 04:00:24. English subtitles are also available. Subscription to our YouTube and Twitch channel is welcome. 🙂

A very good SHMUP game with excellent music. I also included it in my new video along with other recently released Amiga games.

Excellent work!

great game!!! love everything

To repeat what I already said on the Jam comments...

Huge shmup fan so I was always going to love this if it was decent, and it is!

Plays like a very refined shmuup whilst still retaining that look and feel of an Amiga classic game. Thumping music by the main man was always gonna be bangin'

Controls great, feel great, fast, smooth, fun as all feck.

Will rate 4.5 stars when I can.

Great game, I love Battle Squadron.

This is great. And, I love Pete Lyon's work! Airball, Tanglewood, etc. Did he make this cover art specifically for this game?

Awesome game!
