Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others.

“Giving without limits? Or limits without giving?” “Don’t give more than you’ve received, so you don’t nurture greed in others.” Imagine you’re at work, and every time you help a colleague with a task outside your responsibilities, they express great gratitude at first. But over time, this help becomes an entitlement! Suddenly, you find yourself burdened with extra work while your colleague comfortably relies on you without hesitation. 😅 The truth is, humans are naturally greedy (let’s admit it!), and if you give more than what’s deserved, their demands will soon turn into an official hobby. 🙃 The solution? Balance, my friends! Generosity is beautiful, but fairness is even better. Give and be kind, but don’t forget to set boundaries that protect you and teach others the value of what you offer. What do you think? Have you faced similar situations in your personal or professional life? Share your stories!

Unique Joyful Moments Every living person is unique, from his genetic makeup to his personal history. Since you are unique, your past and future moments of joy will be unique to you. You have your own unique style of joy in the present, too. Some people think about the joy of other people. Then they say, “I’m just not a joyful person. I’m not as outgoing and friendly as some joyful people. I would feel strange to act like some of the joyful people I’ve seen.” Realize that you only need to experience joy in your unique way. Some extroverts are joyful and some are not. Some introverts are joyful and some are not. Some loud people are joyful and some quiet people are joyful. Anyone who isn’t joyful right now can choose and decide to create more joy in his own unique way. We invite you to explore `THE PLAN` and make your own success and our other great books on success. `THE PLAN` Keep it Simple A Wealth of Knowledge for Your Success https://lnkd.in/ehmMvrGs "Two little words that can make the difference: START NOW." “The Capacity to Learn is a Total Gift, the Ability to Learn is a Great Skill, the Willingness to Learn is a Choice for Your Future” - Colin Thompson

In honor of Father’s Day and the 30th anniversary since my father’s passing, I reflect on the invaluable lessons he taught me. He left this world way to soon but his wisdom continues to shape how I navigate the professional world daily. I work every day to make him proud! Embracing his teachings, here's how I aim to show up, (I’m a work in progress) 😉 - Engage with sincerity, openness, and warmth. People remember how you made them feel, not just your accomplishments. - Be a lifelong learner. Consume knowledge daily; growth is essential for a fulfilling life. - Pursue passions both personally and professionally. Life is too short for complacency. - In the face of life's challenges, keep moving forward. Stay resilient and never give up. Or as he would say, suck it up buttercup! 😆 - Live boldly, loudly, and find humor in every situation. Laughter truly is the best medicine. - Explore the world, engage with diverse perspectives, and always seek to learn from others. - Embrace change; it's the only constant in life. Every day, I strive to honor my father's memory by embodying these principles. Love and miss you Dad. ♥️ What lessons has your father imparted to you? #FathersDay #LessonsLearned #ProfessionalDevelopment

It is graduation season and it has me reflecting on so many things as I watch my kids and kids I have watched grow up enter into their next chapter of lives. This reflection made me think of an analogy I often share that we should all take a little time to reflect on: You are (at work, at home, at the coffee shop )holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? Right here you want to say “Because someone bumped into me!!!" Wrong answer. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out. So when life comes along and shakes you (which -believe me -WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. So instead of asking ourselves ‘why did I spill my coffee’ ask instead ‘what's in my cup?’ When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratitude, peace and humility? Or Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies? Life provides the cup, but you choose what to put in it. As we go through our busy days let’s work towards filling our cups with #gratitude, #forgiveness, #joy, words of affirmation, #resilience, #positivity; and #kindness to one another
