My carbon-negative materials project has finally entered the lab phase! 🧪🔬 🏡 Following more than a year of intensive scoping, research, countless expert interviews and industry conversations, I'm transitioning from planning to practical implementation. ✨ 🌲 We're launching experiments to create carbon-negative high performance materials with gigascale adoption potential. Stunning timber construction of the Wood Science Division at University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty offers daily inspiration for my work on next-generation sustainable materials! 🌍 🏙️ 🔬 Grateful to professor Miha Humar who believed in this ambitious project enough to welcome me into his lab. And Dr. Jaka Levanič who has been invaluable as my practical guide, helping align my timeline expectations with reality and navigating local lab protocols.
