Yes, we are hiring (again), this time three different roles. Don’t let the familiar titles fool you though😉, Recharge is something other than your average SaaS company. Sure, we’re on public cloud and use a mix in-house development and SaaS services like everyone else but the rest of tech stack is what makes this interesting. In our system we have a mix HW (high power chargers payment terminals, battery systems etc), external SaaS backend systems, internal data warehouse and Azure platform and on top of that a great app. We get to work with this system from many different angles, build new products, turn the data this system generates into actions, build monitoring and automation to optimize the operations, secure all aspects of it etc etc So if you are looking for a different type of challenge, a large canvas to be creative on, the possibility to have a real impact, look no further, check out our roles and apply. 😎

I hired a VA. Now, I have less time. Here’s the mistake I made ⤵️: I hired a virtual assistant to help take some of the administrative tasks off my plate. He’s done that very well. Too well. This week has been super busy with calls. Why? Because we are much more efficient at scheduling them. I didn’t provide sound guidance on boundaries. - How many calls per day? - In-person vs. virtual? - How many days on calls? - How long are calls? - What calls can wait, and what calls are urgent? Now that we’ve synced up and set some basic parameters, we’ll hit our rhythm next week. He’s empowered to make the best decision, and I’ll have some space to get other work done. You can change your language preference to French from your User Settings page. Once you do this, it will change all sections of the application (e.g., Clients, Scenario Setup, Planning Pages, Client Report).
