I really get the sense that YOUR company should be a model for others to follow, especially when it comes to making your employees mental and physical health your #1 priority. That's treating people like human beings and valuing them in a way that is second to none - giving them the freedom to work from home and trusting that they will do their job, while taking care of their own needs. It is so important to create a culture in a workplace that is welcoming, kind, respectful, inclusive and just plain HAPPY! Thank you for all you do for your employees!
