I'm thrilled to announce our acquisition of South Coast Science's core technology. This is a landmark moment for UK cleantech and EMSOL - Air Quality Action EMSOL has made great strides over the years to deliver impact, but to ensure good data, you need good monitoring and sensor technology that is low-cost but, importantly, accurate. What is the point of taking action when the data is too broad and not consistently accurate throughout the day and seasons of the year. That's exactly what South Coast Science comes in with —award-winning high-precision air quality data, trusted by the UN. As of today, EMSOL is not just serving customers across the UK, but from Alaska to Africa.  This acquisition opens the door to EMSOL’s global presence, and we will grow to drive our mission of emission reductions. This isn't just a win for EMSOL - it's a huge step for British environmental tech on the global stage. We're creating an end-to-end, 'Made in Britain' solution that will set new standards in air quality management. I want to thank the two founders, Bruno Beloff & Jamie Campbell - some of the best of Britain's engineering brains to have built South Coast Science from scratch and built one of the world's beautifully and robustly engineered air quality monitoring tools. Our latest work on Perovskite/Perovskite/Silicon triple-junction solar cells! ☀️ In this study, we demonstrate how step-by-step improvements in the perovskite top cell lead to a significant enhancement in the overall Voc of the triple-junction solar cell. For the first time, we used sub-cell selective iVoc imaging for perovskite based triple-junction structure to study the individual sub-cells and illustrate how these improvements impact the top cell. A momentous day for us at Metafuels as we continue to move towards industrialisation and scale. We today announce our latest $9m funding round, welcoming Celsius Industries onboard as lead investor, with support from RockCreek, Fortescue Ventures and Verve Ventures, with existing investors Contrarian Ventures and Energy Impact Partners also participating.
