Recognition should take place every day when appropriate 💯 But Friday’s are particularly great for the brilliant basics: 1️⃣ You have an opportunity to review your week against what you said you would deliver 2️⃣ You’re readying yourself for a weekend and maybe setting up for the following week 3️⃣ You can recognise your teams and colleagues and send them into the weekend feeling good 😊 This week I managed to: 🏋️ Block time to exercise - lunch breaks are now a staple for me going forward ⭐️ Saw Freya Majlath & Gemma D. prep & deliver a fantastic presentation and next steps to our SLT. 💯 Nail down some really key projects & work to propel us to our goals & targets. Good morning, Happy Friday ! Week 2 at Badge of Honour completed ✅ As I promised myself, here goes this weeks peaks & troughs... (This is feeling a little 'Dear Diary' / 'Dear Linked In' esque?) PEAKS: 1) I had a meeting with fabulous salesman, Jesse, he taught me how to use an incredible database which has already proven very useful! 2) I requested & received my first deck from the design team EKK! 3) I've moved house and now I'm closer to work! Work smarter not harder (but definitely both Brett if you're reading this!!) TROUGHS/ CHALLENGES : 1) I got bitten alive by mosquito bites over the weekend so it looked like I had fleas I was itching so much in the office :( 🦟 🦟 ⚰️ (totes embarrassing) 2) It's been a slow week in regards to growing my client accounts, but that's ok because I believe in Badge of Honour's 360 degree solution so passionately. 3) Being ignored via email... ugh, it hurts my heart. I've decided to manifest replies every time in my journal 📖 🪄 🔮 The peaks mostly definitely out way the troughs and I'll take that win. "Be a resource, not a sales pitch" ... All the best!
