Are you looking for PDP inspiration, either for yourself or your team? It's that time of year where Personal Development Plans are a hot topic. So it was great to see this post earlier today, seeing our Shuffle & Grow cards being used to aid personal development - which is exactly what they were designed for. They are so much better than staring at a blank piece of paper trying to figure out how and where you want to grow and develop. They really help foster that richer conversation between employee and manager. Well done Thea Masters for using them with some of your team! #learninganddevelopment #telco #personalgrowth #pdp #tipsandtricks

“You’ve blown my mind… in a good way” ☺️ Had a brilliant couple of hours today with Steven Chen and George Cadman! We were using BORDERLESS fantastic Shuffle and Grow cards to think about areas they want to focus on for the remainder of their internship and beyond! Looking forward to their midpoint presentations next week with Adrian Lazenby

Later this month, I will be starting a teaching internship one night a week at a local college as part of my Capstone before earning my graduate degree next Spring. I am fond of the quote "It is never too late to become who you might have been". This post includes 7 lessons for a happy life for people aged 60+. Some of the lessons include embracing new experiences, staying in the game, and viewing endings as beginnings. If you are a boomer or love one, check this out. https://lnkd.in/dThQBZ23

Great to hear that these Shuffle & Grow development cards are helping teams have richer development conversations. Our clients love these simple cards. How might you use yours? ✅ use them with your team to identify development areas and goals for 2025 ✅ use them for yourself to work out your personal development focus, whether you get useful feedback from people or not ✅ use them before you secure a new mentor, so you can be specific about which area they can help you with ✅ use them yourself to help you articulate your skills, useful when writing your CV or looking for a new job (or promotion) ✅ use them to help figure out your career direction, when you're scratching your head for inspiration Get in touch to order your own pack by emailing Sarah at info@borderlessperformance.com #telecommunications #leadership #careergrowth #managementsupport #mentoring
