As a Director of Safety, I'm not just here to remind you to wear your safety vest. My job is to build a safety culture. 2️⃣ What do you love and find most challenging about your role? Shifting the mindset from compliance to culture. It's not just about enforcing the rules or checking boxes. It is about everyone from drivers to office staff buying into safety as a core value. 3️⃣ How do you like to spend your time when not working? You can usually find me pleasure boating on the Chesapeake Bay or spending time with my two sons. We enjoy building, repairing, and tinkering with just about anything that challenges us.
